Common questions
Who counts as an assessor?
Anyone who assesses homes: occupational therapists, home modification contractors and installers, certified aging-in-place specialists, home health programs, and family members running a guided capture their assessor sent them. When a report needs a clinical determination, a registered clinician reviews and signs it.
What counts as a case?
One home and one client, with everything you capture inside it: scans and re-scans, measurements, photos, the draft report, the funder forms, and the shared link. Scans are unlimited within a case, including the re-scan of finished work.
Do the people I share with need an account?
Yes, and there is nothing to download. The contractor, the funder, or the family open the link you send and set up a free account to see the file. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens when I run out of cases?
You add cases at your plan's own per-case rate: $50 on Individual, $40, $36 or $32 on Team depending on your plan size. There is no overage penalty. Unused cases on Individual and Team roll for 90 days, so a quiet month carries into the next one.
Should I choose Individual or Team?
Individual is one assessor at $50 a case, at least four cases a month. Team is unlimited assessors sharing at least twelve cases a month, at $40 a case, $36 from 25 cases and $32 from 50, with hand-off between assessors and an admin view. If two or more of you assess homes, Team costs less per case.
Can my funder cover this?
Many assessors itemize the per-case fee on their invoice. We don't negotiate with funders on an assessor's behalf.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Client data is never used to train any model. It is encrypted on the device, in transit and at rest.
