What counts as an assessment?
One patient, one home. An assessment opens when you start the visit and covers everything through the signed report: scans, re-scans, measurements, photos, drafting, funder forms, and exports.
What comes with the first three?
Send us a recent report and your first draft comes out in your format. A 30-minute prep call covers your first visit, and a live support line runs through assessments one to three.
How long is my rate locked?
Your rate is locked for 24 months from sign-up.
What happens when my credits run out?
You're notified at 80% of your pool. Assessments beyond it bill at your plan's per-assessment rate, and an assessment is never stopped mid-service.
Do unused credits expire?
On the monthly plans, unused credits roll over for 90 days. On an organization's annual block, they roll into the renewal term.
Do seats cost extra?
No. Every assessor in your organization gets their own login; seats are free and unlimited.
